PALMDALE WATER DISTRICT

	Toilets - HET 1.28 gpf toilets, $60.00 rebate credit on water bill.
	Washing machines - 5.0 water factor or less, $100.00 credit back on water bill.
	Smart Controllers - S.W.A.T. tested $150.00 rebate credit on water bill.
	MP Rotators - $40.00 each rebate credit back on water bill.
	Cash for grass - Applicants must have grass, not dirt and weeds. So to qualify, PWD must measure and take pictures of applicant’s landscape before grass is taken out. Rebates will only be given for qualifying applicants. ($.40 cent per square foot).
	HydroPoint smart controller - Hydropoint will provide free water survey and installation of smart controller. Customer pays $14.99 on water bill for 5-years for service fee and payment of controller. Customer must let controller do work or customer must call HydroPoint data system for service.

	Cash for Grass - Take Back your Saturday, un-lawn your yard - Get $1 for every square foot of grass you replace with water-efficient landscaping. Apply now while funds are available.
	High Efficiency Clothes Washers - Rebates up to $150. Reduce energy costs by 50 percent and reduce water and sewer costs by about 35 percent.
	High Efficiency & Dual Flush Toilets - Rebates up to $100. Use less water than older models and save more than 15 gallons of water each day.
	Weather-Based Irrigation Controllers - Rebates up to $150. Regulate water given to plants by calculating the time of year, climate weather and save more than 40 gallons per household per day.
	Rotary Sprinkler Nozzles - Rebates up to $4 per nozzle. Uniformly spray landscape with less pressure and use about 20 percent less water.
	Synthetic Turf - Rebates up to 30 cents/sq ft. or $150 for 500 sq ft which replaces traditional lawn, eliminates the need for watering and save about 22,000 gallons of water per year for a 750 square foot installation.
	Commercial waterless or low-water urinals for business customers - Rebates $60-$120 for upgrades or up to $150 for new installations. Save up to 45,000 gallons of water per year. Retrofits also qualify.
	Drip Irrigation - $50.00

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA GAS COMPANY

	Energy Star Clothes Washer - $35 Rebate. Must meet current minimum ENERGY STAR standards. For a list of qualifying clothes washer models, visit ENERGY STAR website.
	Energy Star Dishwashers - $30 Rebate. Must meet current minimum ENERGY STAR standards. For a list of qualifying dishwasher’s models, visit ENERGY STAR website.
	Low Flow Showerhead - $15 Rebate. Don't let water and money go down the drain. Purchase the Evolve™ ShowerStart™ Roadrunner showerhead and save! Visit the SoCalGas online storefront and receive your rebate during your purchase.
	Energy Star Natural Gas Furnaces - $200 Rebate. Must have an Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) of 92%. For a list of qualifying natural gas furnace models, visit ENERGY STAR website.
	Attic or Wall Insulation - $0.15 sq/ft Rebate. Attic Insulation: Any existing insulation must be R-11 or less. The final insulation level must be R-30 or R-19 if there is less than 24" of attic clearance. Wall Insulation: Existing walls must be uninsulated and the installed insulation must achieve a minimum of R-13.
	High Efficiency Natural Gas Storage Water Heaters - $30/$75 Rebate. Southern California Gas Company offers a $30/$75 rebate on high efficiency natural gas storage water heaters. Tier I: Must have an Energy Factor (EF) of .62 - .66 to qualify for the $30 rebate. Tier II: Energy Star® must have an Energy Factor (EF) of .67or above to qualify for the $75 rebate. 	ENERGY STAR® Natural Gas Tankless Water Heaters - Up to $200 Rebate. $200 rebate for models with an Energy Factor of 0.90 or higher and $150 rebate for models that meet a minimum Energy Factor of 0.82. Must be replacing a conventional tank-type water heater. See the So Cal Gas Company website for details on how to get your rebate.

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON

	ENERGY STAR® Qualified Refrigerator Rebate - Save Energy and Money and Get a $50 Rebate. This rebate is part of the Home Energy Efficiency Rebate Program. To qualify, just purchase and install an ENERGY STAR® qualified model as your home’s primary refrigerator. Review the List of Qualifying Models . If your purchase receipt indicates an instant rebate was applied, then your purchase does not qualify for this rebate.
	Refrigerator and freezer recycling program - SCE will give you $50 and haul away your old, inefficient, working refrigerator or freezer. See the SCE website for details or qualifications.
	Energy Efficient Electric Water Heater or Hybrid Pump - Get $30 when you purchase an energy-efficient electric water heater or a hybrid electric water heater with heat pump technology. To qualify, purchase and install an energy-efficient electric water heater with a minimum of 30 gallons or greater and an energy factor of .93 or higher, or a hybrid electric heat pump water heater with a minimum of 40 gallons or greater and an energy factor of 2.0 or higher.
